Processing Time

Processing time can vary dependent on season and size of order. In most cases orders will be processed within 2-4 business days. 

 

Shipping Times

We try to match as closely as we can with postal services on time and cost. Once the package is scanned by postal service, we have no control over delivery times. We will include tracking codes where available so please contact the delivery service. 

 

Local Pickup

Local Pickup for Austin area only. If you select Local Pickup and can not pick up or change your mind, then contact us at hello@alynnhillcandleco.com with your order number so that we can switch to shipping. A separate invoice will be sent with the shipping cost.
